Better Camera does not require an account. Photos, videos and most camera data stay on your device. If you would like us to help with data held by us or by Google advertising services related to your use of the app, submit a request by email.
Request data deletion by email
To request deletion of data related to Better Camera, please email us at the address below. Include enough detail for us to locate and action your request (see What to include).

Photos, videos, microphone audio in your recordings, optional location metadata in photos, and camera settings are processed locally on your Android device. We do not operate a developer server that stores your camera content.
You can delete photos and videos at any time using the app, your gallery or Android storage settings, and remove local app data by uninstalling Better Camera.
What we can help delete
The app has no user accounts and no developer-operated user database. When you contact us, we will delete any personal data we directly hold about you (if any) and explain how to manage data processed by Google Play or Google AdMob, including approximate location, app interactions, diagnostics and advertising identifiers.
What to include in your email
Please email from an address you can access and include: (1) the app name — Better Camera; (2) that you are on Android; (3) what you want deleted (e.g. ad-related data or all data associated with your use of the app); (4) any relevant device or advertising identifiers if known (optional).
We may reply to confirm your request or ask for clarification before processing it.
Response time
We aim to acknowledge data deletion requests within 7 business days and to complete verified requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or the complexity of the request.
Google-held data
Some information related to ads or Play purchases may be held by Google. You can also manage or delete advertising identifiers and Google account ad settings through your Android device and Google account controls.
